Do all animals have hair?
Almost all mammals have hair, but some species, such as cats and mice, have little hair.
The beard and several nostril hairs only cover the nostril hair or chin.
Nevertheless, hair is their distinctive feature.
In the mammalian universe, there are only whales and dolphins that have completely shed their hair.
Some cetacean fetuses(whales and dolphins) have hair from birth, but lose hair before or shortly after birth.

Mammals have hair for many reasons, such as insulation and protection. But the color and appearance of their coats can sometimes be used to disguise or even attract mates!
